Prior to joining Gupshup, Anchali served as the Country Head for Indonesia at Graas, a leading e-commerce analytics firm, where she successfully increased revenue growth by over 120% and expanded the client base. Anchali brings over a decade of experience in business messaging, having begun her career at Telkomsel, where she led a sales team to launch a digital advertising business, including location-based advertising. Her career subsequently took her to Zomato Indonesia, where she headed the sales department. Following that, Anchali transitioned to Line, one of Indonesia's leading messaging applications, serving as Chief Commercial Officer. Upon her appointment, Anchali stated that the Indonesian market is at an intriguing crossroads characterized by rapid digital growth and evolving consumer behaviors, where conversational engagement and commerce have become central to business success. With a proven track record of assisting over 45,000 clients, she is optimistic about the exceptional opportunities to aid businesses in Indonesia in enhancing and transforming their customer engagement strategies.
