Dr. Cynthia Jayanto M.Biomed (AAM) from the Indonesian Association of Aesthetic Doctors stated that beauty treatments will focus more on improving skin quality, advanced technology, and non-invasive methods. According to Antara on December 31, 2024, Cynthia mentioned that rejuvenating treatments will be a major trend in the coming year. Methods like chemical peeling, microneedling, laser treatments, facial rejuvenation therapy, Salmon DNA injections, Botox, and fillers will continue to attract interest. People who prefer non-invasive treatments usually want to address wrinkles, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, dull skin, and sagging skin. Women tend to avoid surgical procedures and prefer treatments that yield natural results.

Public awareness is rising. Cynthia added that people are now more aware of the importance of natural results. “Patients want facial improvements that are not excessive, tailored to their face shape, skin tone, and skin type, so the results look natural and the health benefits last longer,” she said. This awareness has been heightened by events in 2024, such as a case of illegal beauty practices involving liposuction that led to a celebrity's death, and fake beauty doctors offering extreme treatments like dermarolling. As a result, treatments like skin boosters and collagen stimulators are expected to gain popularity. These treatments can stimulate natural collagen production, making the skin look healthier, firmer, and more youthful.

In 2025, Cynthia predicts that makeup trends will shift towards a “no make-up make-up look,” which gives a fresh and natural appearance.
