Property developers are very optimistic about the prospects for 2025, expecting it to be better than 2024. This confidence comes from PT Putragaya Wahana's forecast of rising occupancy rates in shopping centers and offices at the Thamrin Nine Complex. This multifunctional development features Indonesia's tallest building, the Autograph Tower, which stands at 382.9 meters. It also includes the Agora shopping center, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Le Parc Apartment, and Park Royal Hotel and Residence.

Hizkia Gouw, the Associate Marketing Director of Thamrin Nine, has set an ambitious goal of achieving 100% occupancy for tenants in the office spaces and shopping center. Currently, Thamrin Nine has an occupancy rate of only 40%, but Hizkia believes this number will continue to grow positively. "This reflects the high enthusiasm from tenants and various companies that are starting their fitting-out processes," he stated.

By partnering with well-known brands, they believe this will encourage other brands to enter the area. Additionally, Thamrin Nine is expanding collaborations with famous brands like Garuda Indonesia to strengthen its identity and raise public awareness of its presence.

Supporting this strategy, Thamrin Nine has received several awards that enhance its appeal to businesses looking to expand in 2025. This year, Thamrin Nine won three awards from the FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award 2024 and the FIABCI World Prix D'Excellence Award 2025. The awards include Thamrin Nine Complex as Gold Winner in the Mixed-use Development category, Le Parc Luxury Residence as Residential Mid-Rise, and Parkroyal Thamrin as Gold Winner in the Hotel category. The recognition received by Thamrin Nine goes beyond just ordinary awards.

FIABCI is the largest real estate organization in the world, established in 1951, with members from over 72 countries. It is the only real estate organization affiliated with official bodies under the United Nations, such as UN Habitat, ECOSOC, and the World Bank. Hizkia stated, "This shows that the Award organized by FIABCI and REI is taken very seriously." The Thamrin Nine Complex spans 5.2 hectares and is a significant property development aimed at bringing new meaning to Indonesia. This complex is designed as a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) that connects with various rail-based transportation options. Accessibility includes MRT, LRT, commuter lines, and airport trains, with a direct link to Jl MH Thamrin-Sudirman. Future plans for the complex include a tunnel access to the Dukuh Atas MRT Station, which is expected to enhance the area's value and appeal.
