Here Is The List Of Banks That Will Distribute FLPP And Tapera In 2025

The government, through BP Tapera, will resume distributing the Housing Liquidity Financing Facility (FLPP) and the People's Housing Savings (Tapera) in 2025. BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho stated that for FLPP, the government has allocated funds amounting to Rp 28.2 trillion. "We aim to provide support for 220,000 homes," he mentioned during the signing event for the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the distribution of FLPP and Tapera for 2025 on Monday, December 23, 2024.

To facilitate this housing finance assistance, BP Tapera has partnered with 39 distributing banks, which include 7 national banks and 32 Regional Development Banks (BPD). All 39 banks have signed the PKS.
