Erick Thohir Has Appointed Air Chief Marshal Mohamad Tonny Harjono As The Commissioner Of PTDI

The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Erick Thohir, has made changes to the board of directors and commissioners of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI), a subsidiary of PT Len Industri (Persero). According to the company's official statement on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, one of the key appointments is Air Force Chief of Staff Marshal Mohamad Tonny Harjono as the President Commissioner. Additionally, TNI Major General Oki Yanuar has been appointed as a Commissioner. Meanwhile, Marshal (Ret.) Fadjar Prasetyo has been removed from the position of President Commissioner, along with Slamet Soedarsono and Jamaluddin Malik from their roles as Commissioners and Independent Commissioner, respectively. These changes were formalized in Decision Letters No. SK-303/MBU/12/2024 and No. 012/KRUPS/LEN-PTDI/XII/2024.

Furthermore, the board of directors has also seen changes, with Dena Hendriana appointed as the Production Director, replacing Batara Silaban. Dhias Widhiyati has been named as the Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR, taking over from Megy Sismandany. These adjustments are documented in Decision Letters No. SK-302/MBU/12/2024 and No. 011/KRUPS/LEN-PTDI/XII/2024. Adi Prastowo, the Corporate Communication & Institutional Relations Manager at PTDI, expressed deep appreciation and gratitude for the support provided by the previous directors and commissioners.

On the other hand, the company welcomes the new directors and commissioners, hoping they will enhance PTDI's performance and achievements to meet the company's ambitious targets in the coming years. "This includes securing new contracts in both domestic and international markets and strengthening its position as a competitive national defense industry player and a key player in the global aerospace sector," said Adi.
