His arrival at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing was met with great honor by the President of China, Xi Jinping, during a formal state ceremony. President Prabowo arrived at the Great Hall of the People at approximately 4:30 PM local time. Accompanied by a guard of honor lining the red carpet, he proceeded to the North Hall, where the state ceremony was held. In the North Hall, President Xi warmly welcomed President Prabowo, and the two leaders shook hands, symbolizing the strong friendship between Indonesia and China. This moment was followed by a joint photo session, which took place in a friendly atmosphere. After the photo session, President Xi Jinping introduced the Chinese delegation to President Prabowo, who in turn introduced the Indonesian delegation to President Xi. This exchange represented the commitment of both nations to strengthen cooperation across various sectors. Subsequently, President Prabowo and President Xi walked together to the honor podium located in the center of the ceremony area. With solemnity, both leaders listened to the national anthems of their respective countries, "Indonesia Raya" and the national anthem of China. Following the national anthem ceremony, both heads of state conducted an inspection of the honor guard stationed at the Great Hall of the People. They walked side by side, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing diplomatic relations between Indonesia and China. A number of Chinese children were also present to welcome President Prabowo and President Xi, holding flowers as well as the flags of Indonesia and China. They expressed their greetings as the two leaders inspected the troops. After the inspection, President Prabowo and President Xi proceeded to the bilateral meeting room to engage in official discussions. This meeting is anticipated to strengthen the strategic partnership between Indonesia and China across various sectors, yielding benefits for both nations. The series of state ceremonies concluded with a dinner hosted for President Prabowo and a limited delegation. Notable attendees included Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Foreign Minister Sugiono, Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, Deputy Minister of Defense Doni Hermawan, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Stella Christie, Deputy Minister of Housing and Settlements Fahri Hamzah, Indonesian Ambassador to China Djauhari Oratmangun, Chief of Staff of the Air Force Marshal TNI M. Tonny Harjono, and Chief of Staff of the Navy Admiral Muhammad Ali.
